Return Policy
There are no refunds. Store credit only.
Kruelty accepts returns For Store Credit & Exchange Only under the following conditions :
- Returned items must be in original sealed packaging
- Returned items must be unused / unworn
- Returned must be received within 30 days of delivery date*
- All Sales are Final for customers who use Afterpay as their order payment method.
No returns will be accepted on items made from 14k Gold or Sterling Silver, Custom or Personalized items. (all sales are final on these items)
A Shipping Fee will be deducted from your final store credit.
Return Process Overview:
Contact Customer Support: Initiate your return by reaching out to our dedicated customer support team at Michael@Kruelty.com or use the contact form to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. This unique number is crucial for tracking and processing your return efficiently.
Packaging Requirements: Ensure that the item(s) are returned in their original, unopened packaging.
Shipping Assistance: Upon request, we will provide a complimentary return label via email, enabling you to conveniently ship the package back to us.
Return Processing Time: Kindly allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed from the date we receive the item(s). Our team meticulously inspects and evaluates each product to ensure it meets our return criteria.
Eligibility Criteria: To qualify for a return, the item(s) must meet the following conditions:
- Unopened Packaging: Products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging.
- Within Return Period: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the postmarked delivery date.
Incorrect Item Received: In the event of receiving the wrong item, we will promptly process an exchange at no additional cost.
Inspection and Approval: Upon receipt of your returned item(s), our team conducts a thorough inspection to verify compliance with our return policy. Approved returns will be processed for a store credit or exchange based on your preference.
Options After Return:
- Store Credit: Receive a store credit equivalent to the full purchase price.
- Exchange: Opt for an exchange with a product of equal or lesser value. Any price discrepancies will be adjusted accordingly.
- Refund: During rare circumstances we also offer refunds for specific purchases, excluding shipping and warranty costs.
Non-Eligible Items: Please note that opened or used products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.

RETURNS
- Prior to returning any item, please ensure you contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We cannot accept returns without this authorization.
- All returns must be postmarked within 5 days of receiving your RMA number from one of our customer service representatives.
- Returns will be processed for either an exchange or store credit.
- Please be aware that items returned beyond our 30-day grace period will not be accepted.
- Returns must include the original packaging to be eligible for processing.
RETURNING AND PACKAGING INSTRUCTIONS
- Ship your return using a reputable parcel carrier.
- KRUELTY.com cannot be held liable for any lost or damaged packages, so ensure your shipment is insured and tracked for security.
- All items must be returned in their original packaging. Returns received in inadequate packaging will not be processed.
- Include a copy of your invoice containing your order number.
- Retain your shipping receipt until your exchange or credit is fully processed.
ADDITIONAL RETURN INFORMATION
- Exchanges and refunds will not be issued until your return is received.
- Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
- Refunds will be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the return. Please note that it may take an additional 2-3 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.
- Exchanges will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the return. If applicable, any price difference for exchanged items will be charged.
- For orders with free shipping discounts, original shipping charges will apply to returned items.
- KRUELTY.com does not provide return labels; customers are responsible for return shipping and handling fees. A label may be provided for you to process the return but this will be taken out of the refunded ammount.
